The bands below are the min and max base-salary numbers any FDE-tagged posting at that company published in its public ATS feed. Single postings rarely span the full band on their own; the aggregate represents the breadth of seniority levels and geographies the company is currently hiring across.

"Not disclosed" means the company chose not to surface compensation in the public ATS payload. What drives the range

Three variables move FDE base bands most: level (IC4 vs IC6 swings comp materially), geography (SF and NYC sit at the top of US bands; non-US offices typically come in 15–35% below), and customer segment (government, defense, and high-touch enterprise can carry premium adjustments).

Why disclosure varies

OpenAI publishes bands because California, Colorado, Washington, and New York all require salary ranges in postings — and OpenAI lists in those jurisdictions. Palantir, Anthropic, and Scale AI list in those jurisdictions too but route comp disclosure through recruiter conversations rather than ATS payloads.
